Diaz and Daisuke have one thing in common. They both have
a fond appreciation for DIY tools and objects found on the factory floor that
are being used in production. The result is UMA (Unique Maker Assistant).
UMA - which means ‘horse’ in Japanese- is a series of ready-to-assemble
furniture conceived as one that can be found in the factory and goes well in
many other environments. The first item to be introduced is the bench, a simple
wooden beam to sit on. Extending the beam down to the floor with four legs
recreate a silhouette that lives up to its name, UMA.
